Community nurses
Our community nurse team delivers a service to housebound patients of all ages.
They cover the Chaddesden and Spondon area and can be contacted on 01332 564900 or through reception.
Health visitors
Health visitors are attached to both surgeries, supported by a nursery nurse and a community nurse.
They work with children from birth to school age giving help and advice on all aspects of child care and family health.
