When you are asked to have a test, the doctor will advise you of the follow up action (listed below) following your test and how you will receive your results.

• If no further action is required, we will not contact you.
• Please make an appointment to see me 7-10 days / or as directed after you have had your test(s)
• Please make a telephone appointment with me 7-10 days / or as directed after you have had your test(s)

Please note, there is no need for you to routinely contact us for your results. Should your results require further action, you will be contacted by the surgery (please ensure we have your up to date contact details). Systems are in place to ensure patients are contacted immediately regarding any results requiring urgent action

Online Services

In future you may wish to register for online services to have the ability to Book or Cancel an Appointment, Request a Repeat Prescription, Change Personal Details and View your Medical Records without visiting the practice.
