From 1st April 2015 all patients (including children) have been allocated a named GP who is responsible for their overall care at the practice.

What does this mean?

All patients will have been allocated a named doctor. However patients do not have to consult with that GP, they will continue to see a GP of their choice where they are available.

If you wish to know who your named GP is, you can contact the practice and we can inform you of this. If you have a preference to which GP this is, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this.

Please remember, this does not affect which doctor you usually see at the practice.
