Telephone Callback Feature

We have a new telephone callback feature which allows you to keep your position in the telephone queue.

To use this facility, please press option 2, followed by option 1. We will then call you back once your call reaches the head of the queue.

PLEASE NOTE: if you subsequently ring the surgery again, your initial call will drop to the end of the queue.
