When a patient misses their appointment, it is referred to as a ‘Did Not Attend’ (DNA)
If you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel it. You can cancel via the NHS App, by phone or in person.

- January 2026 – 123 missed appointments in January 2026 = 32 hours – January DNA (PDF)
